A different kind of Coaching

Most boys don't need someone to lecture them.

They need someone who will listen, challenge them, and believe in them.

At The Fourteen Project, we create a safe place where young men can ask hard questions, discover who they are, and build the confidence to become the man they were created to be.

What We Focus On

🧭 Values

Discover what matters most and learn how your values shape every decision you make.

💪 Confidence

Build confidence through action, responsibility, and small daily victories.

❤️ Character

Learn integrity, resilience, accountability, and respect.

🎯 Purpose

Leave with a clear direction and practical goals for the future.

What Makes This Different?

This isn't therapy.

This isn't another lecture.

This isn't sitting in a classroom.

It's one-on-one mentorship built on trust, conversation, accountability, and real-life experience.

🧭 Compass

Find Your True North

The Compass is where every young man begins.
